Imagine a University that hosted a Tropical Island Research Resort for Students, a facility with ‘thatched roof - over the water bungalows, swimming pools, modern research facilities with a fast wireless system to connected ‘frontline – in the field students’ to their supporting ‘back line’ colleagues, professors, interested friends and business sponsors. Imagine this being in a location that was set in one of the world's most diverse Marine & Wildlife Parks ‘the Komodo National Park. And imagine if it only cost students as little as $35 per day!
FOR STUDENTS THIS SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
And this is exactly the idea. We believe that in making a research resort facility that is so appealing, it will attract passionate students with their important thesis, poor people solutions & planet improving innovations, to come FRONTLINE where they can test, research and further polish their ‘world improving innovations & theories’

We own the perfect Island - time to build.
This is exciting. We own what I think is one of the best small Islands, complete with one hundred monkeys, all wether shelter for marina, great reef, 5km from the airport and on the edge of one of the worlds most diverse world heritage parks. What better place to set up a frontline base where Universities from all around the world can independently own their own 'over the water bungalow' so they can offer their students a low cost location to join and be empowered with other Humanitarians & Environmentalist students & adult volunteers to come frontline, develop their theories, new poor country innovations & test them in the field.
Why? My personal goal is to spend the rest of my life using my skills & resources in the biggest possible way to help poor countries & the environment, I feel giving away our family island to become a frontline Resort for Research, Innovation, Volunteer base has the ability to empower those who have significant humanitarian & environmental projects. I can think of no better use for such a perfect island.

Dear Sir / Madam, The world is so full of solvable issues , but sadly poor countries receive only 5% of the worlds Research & Development. Sadly there are people out there with ‘big change’ solutions that never get the chance to be trailed, adapted and realised. I am one of these people.
I am fortunate enough to own a very perfect Island in one of the worlds most diverse maritime parks that myself and my wife want to buld on, and give away to Universities & NGO’s with the goal to create a collaborative front line facility. Dragon Islands is 5 minutes away from the Labuan Bajo Airport & comes complete with a 100 monkeys. I would love to connect with anybody who ‘has bold innovations to help people and the planet’
